Welcome to Nightsafe Security (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website, purchasing our services, or receiving our security audits (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. No Guarantees or Warranties

All audits, reports, and findings provided by Audit Armor are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the client’s application, system, or infrastructure will be secure or immune from vulnerabilities, exploits, breaches, or other cyber threats.

You understand and agree that:

• Security is a moving target and no audit can provide complete assurance.
• Our reports are based on a snapshot in time.
• The presence or absence of findings does not imply the presence or absence of future security issues.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audit Armor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Data breaches
• Financial loss
• Reputational harm
• Regulatory penalties arising out of or in connection with our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations provided in the audit reports. We are not responsible for the success, effectiveness, or results of your implementation.

4. Intellectual Property

All audit materials, tools, frameworks, and reports are the intellectual property of Audit Armor and may not be reused, redistributed, or republished without written consent.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
